By adding FoxBot to a Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these terms. They're short and reasonable.

What FoxBot is

FoxBot is a free, hobby Discord bot. It's not a commercial product, it comes with no guarantees of uptime, and it may go offline from time to time. We'll do our best to keep it running but can't promise anything.

Acceptable use

You can use FoxBot in any server you have permission to add bots to. Please don't use it to:

• Spam commands repeatedly in a way that disrupts others
• Attempt to abuse, exploit, or break the bot
• Use it in ways that violate Discord's own Terms of Service

If FoxBot is being used to cause problems, we reserve the right to block a server or user from using it.

Server administrators

If you add FoxBot to your server, you're responsible for how it's used there. You can remove it at any time through your server's integration settings in Discord.

Availability

FoxBot is provided as-is. We may update, change, or shut it down at any time without notice. We're not liable for any disruption this causes.

Discord's terms

FoxBot operates within Discord's platform, so Discord's Terms of Service also apply. FoxBot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continuing to use FoxBot after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
